NiceOn the way back a flat nosed 911 turbo wanted to show me how quick he was, it was'nt that long before he decided that he had bitten off more than he could chew!!!!

Going slightly off the original topic now, but couldn't resist asking someone who's owned a 911 and a VX...By far the most superb vehicle I've ever had the pleasure to come near - bar none !

I was able to climb from my Speedster into a new 996GT3 at Hockenheim and of course it has more grunt, but I still found this "enthusiasts 911"...

Mmmm...The steering of the VX is more "delicate" as you put it.. but I get more of a kick out of scaring myself silly.. getting out of the car with my hands shaking sort of stuff rather than anything else. You are guaranteed this with an engine hanging out over the back wheels

You may laugh but, using the pretty realistic physics engine of Gran Turismo 3 on the Playstation 2 allows one to test various supercars with impunity, and I have to say it's mid-engined for me every time
