be intresting to see what his reserve is! you can get these for about £20k damage doesnt look too bad to pay out so much i find that hard to belive without tub damage.

Evo's fleet 340R got damaged like that. Small crack on the front bodywork which looked very similar to that one on Ebay. The repair bill was £9000. The whole car is one peice of bodywork (no front and rear clam) which is about 4 or 5 grand. Plus labour, plus this that and the other, new wheel and wishbone maybe and you're looking at one expensive repair bill. So I can certainly believe that the chasis could be OK.

aaah correct not looked at a 340 for a long time but you saying about bodyshell reminded me so not really a very good deal then once you got it fixed up even getting body work repaired would take it up a bit.

right the lowdown on the 340r bloke was in process of overtaking two cars when the second car decided to do same without looking it seems got hit spun into ditch doing following damage top shell, front light, black side panel, radiator, front splitter, three mudguards and 1 possibly three wheels and bits!!eeek parts alone cost over £2500 plus fitting it all.car was sold at auction for £15k and bloke it flogging it on it seems ,general feeling from 340 forum is whoever gets it will be dissapointed when they find out what is needed.

this was featured on SELOC a couple of weeks ago. They came to the same conclusion! Sold at auction for about £14,500 IIRC/
