Bought this game a month or so ago and realised it times how long you play it for. Currently played it for 18 hours ! And theres still loads to do OK I'm addicted. Ash you're not borrowing this, your missus will never see you again if you do!

i prefer kotor1 to kotor2 i think, both are just superb though!

right I re-did the level I was on as it got screwed up so I've done lots of the same things now twice, but finally someone's given me a lightsabre. Previously I've been using swords. Also I developed a rather amusing force skill called "force whirlwind". It picks people up and spins them around loads. A nice feature is that you pick up a few "teammates" here and there and they develop with you. Currently I have: some old biddy thats part Jedi/part Sith An ex sith converted to a Jedi A tech specialist chappy who's useless cos' he always gets killed in a firefight A scoundrel A t3 droid thingy And some girl known as the handmaiden who likes to fight people while not wearing many clothes oh and last night I fought a wookie! Seriously addictive. I needed something to get stuck into like this!

kotor is so much easier as a dark side consular type jedi, the dark spells are just mad i was replaying it through a while back, might boot it back up tonight!

sick man you are TangoAlpha... OK enough yoda jokes. Will be playing it more when I go home - less than 1.5 hours to go! I have also found out that a large number of geeks have got together to ressurrect all the bits of kotor 2 that were cut out before it was released. Intriguing project, theres shitloads on wikipedia all about it. I'll stick with standard for now. Besides tonight I might finally get my hands on a second lightsaber (one in each hand).

Right I've now become a Jedi Watchman, I have 5 light sabers - 2 long ones, 2 short ones and a double ended sith style saber. I've got a complete team of around 8 AI's most of whom are useless, 3 are very dark side, another won't talk to me and can't interact with anything around him which is really pissing me off as he's the tech specialist - I suspect a bug in the software. And in case you can't tell I'm rather too addicted to this game. Played it for 5 hours yesterday! Must develop willpower and stop playing Kotor2! . Do not buy this game if you have friends, loved ones or pets. The cat keeps shouting at me because I've been ignoring her while I play this game!

I wrote the above a week ago, and last night I finally completed it. Had one big punchup at the end with a "Darth Traya" who fights you with 3 floating light sabres. Crap ending though. You're told what happens to all your colleagues before darth traya cops it and the planet goes bang. But fortunately your mates all turn up and rescue like at the end of Star wars - empire strikes back. Then they all fly off and thats it. The end. Started it again but from the point where the techie guy wouldn't work (he does this time ), and will aim to complete all the little bonus missions this time! Total time spent playing so far - 40 hours!

If I post in here, will anyone read it? Does anyone give a sh*t about Kotor 2? Anybody? Echo!...... Anyway if in anybody gives a sh*t, I've just started a new game in this which seems to have wiped out all my old games. Fortunately I know how to do various things already and I know which other characters have the potential to become Jedi. And I am now a Jedi Consular which means I get more force powers than before.
