Bought it, played it, patched it, swore a lot, started playing it again.
The patch which is badly needed happens to sh!t all over your save games, so patch before you play.
Other that the slightly "this feels like a game that was coded in russia" feel, its very good, think system shock 2 / deus ex / oblivion, sort of thing.
