Just watched it tonight!! GOOD film folks. Not a blockbuster or anything but.... a good honest film. There is a "In memory of Sharon Turgoose 1964-2005" banner at the end of the film just before the titles..... I googled it and found out...... it was for the young lads mam who had died prior to the release of the film!! Bless him. Good bloody actor. Go watch it folks, splendid stuff.

A friend told me it was on the Net as well as the cinema. Not sure how true that is though. Probably lying to me you think?

Thought the store keeper would have gone to the police and knowing who the boy was , forced him to split on his new mates. Disconcerting being the only coloured person in the cinema.

He was on soccer am last week and he was was saying how he got the gig

He never went to acting school, he was a bad lad at school who was put on some behavioural course (pretty much just to get him out of the class room so everyone else could learn) The director went to find some extra's, next thing he's the star.

His childish innocence was funny on soccer am, he was going on about how he just hangs out on his local bowling green drinking cider and playing football on the green digging it up (not thinking he was incriminating himself)

and then he apologied to his teacher for drawing a c0ck on her orland bloom poster

I think the fat guy who is his co star is really good actor too (the scouser) can't remember his name?
