Been a long time since I posted on here since I parted with my VXT in 2005. I'm moving to the US and have a new Cayman S on order that will be waiting for me when I get there so I have a car to sell.

Please note, this is a *2006* car not a 2005 as the topic suggests as I made a mistake (sorry).

As topic, Gunmetal Grey, 2006 55 plate S2K with 9000 miles on the clock. I've had it from new and as you can see its barely been driven. Its the new style S2K with the nicer 17" wheels and bodykit. Red/black leather interior, rear spoiler and in absolutely immaculate condition both inside and out.

The car will be going to a dealer if not sold by mid July and as such I'm not looking for a huge amount for it.

Car is located just outside London currently, taxed until September and has no outstanding finance. Those of you who know me from when I had my VXT will know that I take immense pride in my belongings and as such have kept the car well.

is it a uk car ?????????? I haven't seen it on s2k site or I'm I blind, I'm just on with selling my 53 plate s2k , the lad is supposed to be picking it up week sat after I come back for a week camping with the kids, If its still for sale by then and the lad picks my one up Ill be interested in it, keep me posted thanks ( same name on the s2000 site ) if not good luck with the sale john

Yes its a UK car. I haven't listed it anywhere yet other than here, hence why you won't have seen it elsewhere

I want I want to get an S2 as my next car.... and looking I will need £16-17k for a nice one... so that 4-5k I need to get my hands on :-( I would LOVE to have this motor for that price!

Well I wont be back in the UK till mid June anyway, I will need the car during the 3 weeks i'm in the UK so I'll be looking to hand over the keys mid July if that helps you in any way.

Thats a bargain.. 55 plates are normally 19k ish at least. Not seen a UK car in Gunmetal though... thought they were either Silverstone (silver) or Moonrock Grey (like mine).

Wont be for long but I have 2 S2's (1 not road legal) a VXT and an R1 at the mo. Dave wanted an easy Sale and I needed a car for a while especially now mine is at TMS. The S2000 is so luxuriou compared to the VX.

Cheers Guys. Yes, Dave was aware the car was worth more and was open to offers (generous chap) but I paid his his asking price. The car is way slower than the VX, but it has opened my eyes to the fact that there is fun motoring to be had outside a VX. Great little car.
