Yes I'll be down there as well. I'm going with a group of mates but it would be well worth catching up with any other Griffin owners down there
We will be *with* the SELOC crew (as in, in the same hotel) but not convoying down with them. In our little convoy we will have:
Green S1 with Honda engine
Black Sport 160
Nissan 200 drift car (complete with roll cage etc)
MkV GTi Edition 30.
and me.
So if you spot us, come over! Beers?

Cool, it'll be good to see you guys there. Mine's a blue VXT.
It might be very busy in the surrounding area and on the track as the truck grand prix is on at the F1 circuit that weekend, so expect lots of traffic.
Cheers.

Yes been there before plenty times.
TBH the group I head down with try and avoid public weekends wherever possible but...........a mid week trip we had planned since January for last month we had to bin; so here goes another trip of:
.....1 lap....closure.....wait 2 hours, queue to go out, burnout clutch on uphill to barrier, forget that I can't reach the ticket slot out of my seat, spend 30 secs undoing harnesses (with peeping behind, bikers getting impatient and trying to exit barrier between my car and the ticket slot; and marshalls exclaiming "aushfarht englander!") , get out, get stuck behind all mother of traffic from buses to beetles to newbie bikers, 1.2 hours later, towards the end of the lap, exit mini karrussel, queue for 15 mins to get OFF circuit, watch various cars expire and overheat, get lunch, repeat.
.....oh I can't wait
