Sean was entertaining corp clients (using his VXT rather than an Amex at a lapdancing bar) and invited me along to snag the last place at the last minute. Needn't have worried, the crap weather meant only 50% of people turned up

Basically it pissed it down pretty much all day. Usual SELOC manners prevailed and whilst there was much spinnage most of it was of the non body crunching variety, all except for the 996T which smacked the tyrewall (ona sighting lap FFS

) and an MGF which caught fire and dumped a couple of gallons of oil from Paddock to Druids

Seriously seriously impressed with Yoko's in the wet, much more predictable and much more grip than OEM - very happy as I assumed they would be a bastard. Standing water still needs balls of steel and an act of God to get through though

Bad news was the deluge of water which found its way into my AMM which meant a 4 hour kangaroo kid impression round the M25 with frequent stops on the hard shoulder to keep car going - a thorough Tech2 check is now needed

Also meant I was/am so tired I can't make the Audi day at Oulton Park tomorrow so the guys at RS246 are no doubt slagging me off right now - sorry guys

In summary.
