I'm sure this has come up a million times before, but I can't really find what i'm after... And we could probably do with a definitive thread on this to put in the useful threads page... I want to get a decent performance air filter for my VX220 NA, and I want to get rid of that horrible flattened pipe and 90 degree bend from the TB and replace it with a silicone 90 degree bend like i've seen a few people on here have done. ...Only i'm a skank and I don't want to pay masses of money, so what is a good value filter to get, and what is a cheap place to buy the pipes? what diameter should they be? I don't mind hacking stuff around (eg drilling the air temp sensor hole) to get it to fit. Looking at demon-tweeks the 90 degree bend I want is about £14+postage i think, so does anyone else know of a cheaper supplier?
