Adam - do you mean the one at Now in Heathrow? It has green leather interior How to ruin a really beautiful car...I have considered it many a time, but just can't abide the idea of driving round in a giant bogey...
If i were you, i would not be put off my this at all, if it is the car you want
Bear in mind a full interior can be bought for probably around £400 and you could sell the green ones for the same to someone with a green VX.
But i would be more inclined to buy it and get Frogman/tadpole to do a full retrim (maybe even with harness holes etc). Loads of people have had this done with some great prices!!
P.S - IMO but VXT's do not as good in yellow, especially with silver wheels. LY N/A With Black Wheels = . Yellow VXT =

Hear, hear. LYs do look so much better than *plain* yellow. Focus the search on those Such as... http://www.vx220.org...showtopic=55380
Edit: Of course Moonland is sooo much faster

Thanks a lot. I was wondering, but prior to your post concluded that I just couldn't face trying to find someone reputable to do it etc etc, and just thought it would be added hassle that I didn't need - especially since it appears to be let's fleece YorB season.
Actually, I think the opposite - think the black wheels on the LYs look completely wrong - much too heavy (-looking, ie not weight) for the brightness of the body. Much prefer silver trims...

Have PH open all day, on refresh every 5 secs , and have email alerts set up on there and Autotrader! Rung the seller of the one above several times, and never got an answer, or reply to messages left...Shame, because it's *absolutely* spot on in all respects...

Thank you for the suggestions though - keep 'em coming...
I nearly went to see this car in early July, but the guy was away. I then bought another one instead.
The following is his response to my e-mail questions;
1) I'm the third owner, first was Vauxhall (usual pre-reg story) second was
the guy I bought it off - totally honest bloke, treated the car like his baby
and only sold it to fund a house purchase, then me.
2)No passenger footrest - my wife is only 5'3 and she's never complained so I
don't really understand what they're for?
3)No accident damage by me at all, owner 2 absolutely guaranteed (and I 100%
trust him)not even the smallest scrape whilst with him and he grilled the
dealership for the same information - they said definately not - who can know
if the dealership told the truth but I checked very carefully and absolutely
no signs whatever of paint anywhere, panels all fit/match perfectly. I am as
certain as I can be that it is a dead right car.
4)Marks and scratches - one minute paint chip on the very front tip of the
front bonnet, one tiny mark where the windscreen wiper has parked against the
paint at the edge of the screen - common fault apparantly. Probably a couple
of stone chips but honestly, hardly any, particularly when compared to the
shot blasted examples I went to view before buying this one! That's it.
5) Dealer warranty until March 08.
6) Car is taxed but I can't remember until when and it's pissing down outside
so I'm not going to look. Will let you know.
Real sorry about the weekend, if my plans change I'll let you know. I've had a
couple of other enquires, one guy who says he's dead keen but he's going on
his hols so can't come to look for two weeks so if you're interested I'm sure
it will still be around next w/e. I can't let anyone see it this w/e
anyway 'cos I probably won't be here!
Seems this guy is away a lot. He did e-mail me again a couple of wks later to see if I was still interested, but as stated I had found another one. If you are interested, I would e-mail him, he will probably respond.

Cheers matey. Although do you not think that it would be slightly bloomin' odd not to have sold by now given that all and sundry think it's a babe? Everything I want...But I will email on the off-chance. I'm sure it just cannot still be available...Thanks again...

At the risk of being controversial, my wife said: "cos it's yellow!"
(I quite like yellow, but I like blue better).
