I just had a good chat with Jon form Courtenay Sport and it seems the first one will be over in the UK sometime in Jan. He's fitting one to his own car (which will be a demo car) so I've arranged to go up and write a report once its done. Certainly sounds good, almost 200bhp, almost no supercharger whine (which we agreed was sad) only downside is the cost £5k :o but compared to changing to a VXT would cost you that in depreciation it might be an alternative, you would certainly kiss goodbye to your warranty though ;) Can't wait to have a go :jump:

Sounds great, But IMO 5K is just too much :o I can see people waiting for the value of second hand turbos to fall rather than supercharging all IMO of course ;) :P

IIRC insurance would go up about £100 for me on the VXT... How much for a supercharger.... :o :9mm: :9mm:

Having driven the Delta–Motor car, I can say that it is good. I personally prefer the immediate, solid, relatively undramatic but meaty power delivery of the supercharger to the turbo whoo-oosh build-up of the VXT. Definitely something that you have to test drive to compare, as I'm sure there are those who will prefer the VXT – but I'm not one of them. :) Can imagine that Thorney will be considerably underwhelmed in comparison to his car.

Ricky, I'm sure you will enjoy it, the couple of days I drove it, Felix had just driven it back from homologation, so it was on standard wheels, it normally runs on 18" wheels which I cant help but think will alter it !!!! let me know how you get on. You will find they are a good bunch.

...all looks and no go....

seriously, only few germans choose the 18in, and you'll never meet'em on a track.
