Woowser that sure is a 'vintage'.
Old school two strokes are nothing but trouble, unless your willing to spend - by the time you change pistons, big end bearings, wheel bearings, swing arm bearings, head stock bearings, chain 'n' sprockets... the list can go on and on, and no doubt all those i've mentioned
will need changing, especially on something that cost under £300 and has probably been abused for years

- your better off saving the £2-300 extra that you will spend on parts and search/buy a Thumpster/pit bike, they're great fun for messing about on - cheap too..
They may look small [BMX hight] but they do most things a big bike can, my last one had no trouble jumping 50ft gaps with my fat arse on it.. although i did uprate the wheels, mainly because standard Thumpster wheels shatter on big jumps [second hand RedBaron rimz cost £150] - sold my last 125 pit pro 06model for £500 - so bargins are out there to be had
Avoid the cheapo copies like Trickstars etc , they don't last ten mins
FreeAds is a good place to search so is Adtrip forum, they also have alot of ''old'' retired MX racers over there [like me] that still own vintage crossers.. so if you still want to go down that route they can help out there too
