Having patiantly waited and waited(and getting hooked on burnout revenge on the xbox), finally they are about to release a burnout game on the PS3! woohoo! got the demo, and pre-ordered mine, anyone else up for a bash in a couple of weeks?

what is the (story) for this game? is it like forza racing on tracks or more like test drive unlimited?

VERY arcadey (but it always was), and vastly open city like TDU.

Completed it the other night, just got to get the Elite licence now. Fantastic game, hindered only by the fact that to be top dog at it you need to KNOW as much of the layout as possible cause the second you squint at the minimap - you DIE!

Completed it the other night, just got to get the Elite licence now. Fantastic game, hindered only by the fact that to be top dog at it you need to KNOW as much of the layout as possible cause the second you squint at the minimap - you DIE!



how can you say you have completed it without having the elite licence as getting the licence is basicaly completing the game!??

im in to this and have been playing it online minly and have done 100 of the 350 online challenges

The credits rolled; I assume the 115-odd challenge for the Elite licence was for the anal completionists out there! So I've nearly completed it!

ah ok you get the credits after getting your lisence then, thats a bit naff

Been thinking about getting this as I loved the previous versions. Does it still have the crash junctions?

If you loved the previous versions, then GET THIS! There's no crash junctions this time, but instead a system called Showtime where you can initiate a crash sequence ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!
