Carefully! Firstly, remove all the screws and plastic trim clips. The screws are obvious. The trim clips you remove by carefully unscrewing and removing the centre screw before popping the trim clip out. Try not to put any pushing force on the trim-clip screw - just turn it rather than push. Don't worry about messing them up as you can by a packet from Halfords. There is a hard foam piece of padding that is double-sided taped to the underside of the black trim. This in turn is doublesided to the actual sill with two runs of tape. There is also double-sided tape holding the inboard side as well. Firstly unstick the side tape, then starting at the rear, start to work the sill cover loose with whatever will do the job. I used a skillet knife from the kitchen. If you're lucky it'll come free easy. Even if it is stuck well down, you can repair any damage to the hard-foam pad once it's off. Because my sill covers kept splitting because of bad support at the rear, I've made up some fibre-glass inserts that go between the sill cover and the actual sill ,in order to fully support it. I haven't split one since. When I refitted I didn't use any tape at all - it doesn't need it. Steve

The NA ones are cheap, and IIRC the Turbo ones are quite expensive (the turbo ones have a deeper pocket at the front). Just to let you know.

You could always do what the previous owner did to mine, cover them in matching leather!
