Printing from Ascent Payroll
Form size 25cm x 15.25cm
The printer will not print the top line which is the company name but will print the rest of the information below.
When printing the information out onto a different paper size (A4) all of the information is there including the company name.
When printing to the above form size all information is there but the company name.
Any suggestions welcome

I would suggest that the paper isnt lined up correctly as if it does print ony a4 then it can do it.....
not sure how to rectify though
