If anyone bought these headlights recently sold on ebay

VAUXHALL VX220 TURBO HEADLIGHTS BOTH SIDES

Please note I think that these are actually off my car which is currently in for repair following a minor accident when someone reversed into the front of my car, a Moonland VX220 turbo at the filling station. It was not a rear end write off as described on ebay!

I contacted the seller who is local and viewed the lights and they are mine. I had asked the garage to save the headlights if they replaced them (the other car did make contact with them and green paint from the other car was smeared over them and certainly one had been pushed back into the clam), so that I could attempt to repair them. But when I went back to pick them they said sorry and said they had already put them in the skip!

I told the seller and also tried to tell the buyer but I have had no response. The selling them says he and a mate bought the written off VX and they broke it up together, but the lights still have some marks on the back of them that are unique to my lights, so that is a load of bull. They have done a good job cleaning the fronts, but not sure what with and remember the fronts have been hit by the bumper of another car so the damage might not be obvious and may only show up later.

Really peeved off at the moment as the car has been off the road since 11th December and despite checking on the clam availability (when Vauxhall said it would be only 2 days to deliver) it took until late January to arrive. Other parts have taken longer and it looks as if the car won't be complete until April!
