For the rears you reach through the spokes of the wheels and the fronts you turn the wheel full lock to access the shock. Bottom of the shock body is a blue knob with + and - symbols on it with an arrow showing which way does what. To harden the shock turn towards the + and to soften it turn toward the - The set up you have is what I set as 'fast road' ie it will still understeer before it oversteers (but not by much ;) ) Andy Walsh recommened softening the front by an extra click in the wet. On a track firm all the shocks up by two clicks (to +) but it's all down to personal preference. I have mine set up quite 'edgy' and quite stiff steering which can bite back.
