possible damaged wire to an abs sensor or the fuse has gone - that fuse also controls speedo

The Nearside Left ABS sensor controls your speedo, try having a look behind the wheel :)

:yeahthat:

Try changing fuse 22, even if it looks ok - sometimes the blades corrode

Deffo sounds like the ABS fuse to me. If it were a sensor the speedo would still work.

Just had my car fixed for this. The wire on the sensor had rubbed thru on the damper, worth just taking the wheel off to check (rather than paying £120 for vaxhall to decide it wasn't warranty work (bit confused what is covered by the warranty tbh). - This was replaced (well spliced) and now working normally. Although ABS is now working so not all positive news... Also as above check the fuse first - but it sounds like a break in the loom.

I'll try the fuse, which wheel are we talking about?

Thanks for all the replies guys
