Yeah, that would be the North Circuit. Went straight out from cold in the JP-1 onto that. Didn't half do my head in with the sequential box for a few laps!

No idea about my time - started off in mid/late 80+s I think but instructor said I'd knocked at least 10secs of that - which seems to match the other times.
However, track layout seems to have changed from the map - definately a nasty new section by the pits.
Still managed obligatory moments (mostly caught - good coments from the instructor) plus a nice spin at the end. Best bit was blasting the chicane and coming out - with comment of "Well that's the limit - the car won't go any faster through there!"
Definately want more!

Just back from Palmers and just got say had a great day. As to lap times had a dry circuit (South) but very windy. Instructor set a 71.5 second lap, cant remember name. I had five laps all around 73 seconds with best at a 73.2. Instructor said great drive to get within 1.5 seconds of his time.

i got 76.4 seconds in the rain, the track was very greasy! i was quite impressed with that time.

the 350zs were a good laugh
shame they got rid of the vx turbos though
alos they now do 2 sessions in the jp1.
my best lap was 74.55 south circuit
41.17 on the north circuit (very wet)

they have moved them to snetterton... went out in them beginning of November - damn cold...
