Can`t see why it won`t work, but you need the rest of the pulleys from the LSJ setup though  then you can use the OEM LSJ belt etc..
I got the LSJ pulleys along with my supercharger, so I hope it will bolt straight on..

Like this: (But with half the AC-compressor)

don't forget you need the LSJ alternator too thumbsup if you look carefully the belt runs in the opposite direction around the alternator than on the 2.2  LSJ = anti-clockwise 2.2 = clockwise

I might fall for the idea of a supercharger The LSJ engine sells for about $3000 ECU from motec about $1500 + can keep the N/A engine as a spear for my zafira :tt: has anyone fitted the lsj engine with another ecu on their car?

A motec ECU is much more than 1500$, especially if you want to use the Drive By Wire option

Don't forget transport costs and then import + VAT over the total amount...

Do you know where I can get one of those radiators?
Have been looking around for a suitable radiator to fit in the same position as yours, I don`t want the frontmounted one

Take a look at motorbike rads? Which is what I have been looking at. They are light and come with all the bits and bobs that might prove useful like mounting points and fittings to take temperature sensors and fans!!

I think you edited this out of an earlier post. Is there room for a rad and the air intake behind the same side pod vent?

I didn`t edit those from another thread I found them on Ebay
Been looking around at Ebay today and ordered a radiator and fan for a Raptor 660 similar to this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/...d=p4506.c0.m245

If it`s big enough to cool a 660ccm engine, it should be enough to cool down our inlet

if you look at those, they have the radiator filler cap built in, and they have an extra inlet/outlet next to the cap. What is the procedure for connecting these up to a header tank?

Why would you need a header tank if the rads got a filler cap (so long as you can get to it! the header tank is there to give room for expansion and allow you to fill the system. you are not going to get a lot of expansion at the low temperatures needed to intercooling so header tank is not needed imo.

I'm not saying you do need an expansion tank, just asking what do you do with the 3rd connection? the one next to the cap?

IIRC the explanation I had from CS (in suggesting that for trackwork I was better with the larger CC expansion tank) was the bigger the tank, the more coolant circulating the system and hence the lower the temperature.
