You have spirit and patience Fab. It's a good outcome but my god I would have given up by now. Why does it take so damn long to get a result! She could have changed her name 5 times, had plastic surgery, moved to another country and had 2 kids in all this time. Shows how stupid and lazy she is.

It's good to see that once again, persistance and patience pays off. Certainly worked for me when some old ***** twatted my Tubby last year.

Load it?

If it's 15k on costs because of fraud I'm guessing she would be lucky to get insurance to ride a pushbike

Go and knock on all the doors asking if a girl in a blue peugeot lives there or was visiting this morning because she left a bag by the car or something similar, you might be lucky and find her thumbsup

thats a brillaint idea!!! this sort of thing makes my blood boil. Parked about 6 foot behind a transit van down my road, woke up and big hole in my bumper and number plate smashed etc etc. And then were left to pay for thier lack of ability to drive

I don't blame you Fab... there are too many dishonest people about.

Problem I have founds is that, if there are no eye witnesses, the police with do FA about it anyway! :( I have paid the price for someone else's inability to manouver their vehicle too :angry2:
