The man at the painthop said "hmm, opel 157. sounds about right". I'll be picking up my rim in about two weeks.

The man at the paintshop said that none of the recipes that I gave him matched. So I gave him the goahead to paint it in what ever shade he best saw fit. The attaced picture is of the result and I can't see any difference (apart from the newly painted rim is a lot cleaner and shiny :) ) Attached File  Dsc_3534_omlackad_falg.jpg   93.89KB   2 downloads

This and that, I was just asking to save time looking it up. I only seem to have the Ronal paint codes, the part number from the LY wheel looks like it was made by speedline or similar. i'll keep digging.

It's a speedline in satin black, they don't seem very keen on releasing the paint code prefering to sell you a new wheel instead!
