The above link is the original thread on this. When looking into getting replacement sill covers, they came in at around £200 from Autovaux inc vat and PP....if you can wait a few months as Vauxhall don't have any it seems.

These are the prices for replacement ones. I have already paid for the mould to be made next week, but only for the larger part, not the pockets, I'll leave those for now as it makes the whole thing a little expensive.

I have also supplied him with virtually new tubby sill covers to take the mould from, they will fit an NA, but you need the little pocket part, either by cutting yours or getting tubby ones.

The prices below are for Carbon Fibre...Fglass will be cheaper.

Large sill cover in CF PAIR £350 including postage and £10 towards the mould.

Sill pocket part mould £80
Sill pocket part in CF PAIR £200 PAIR

Some of you asked about my headrests too....I'd need a set to get those made as I buggered mine taking them out of the mould Doh!

What kind of clear coat do you plan to use, so it withstands the bum sliding and scratching?

Hi, I'm not making these ones, I'm not making any money here either, just being nice and offering it.

I don't think any clear coat would withstand the scrathching, so I bought a big roll of 3M paint protection film to cover them in...same stuff as paintshield for use on the front of the cars.

A good epoxy or vinylester should be more resilient than polyester. Might be worth checking. I'd planned on making these for my NA. Might not be worth my effort now. Top job chap!
