Don't have TIS handy Anybody recall which relay (in boot) is the fuel pump relay? I seem to recall its the one on the right (looking in from rear of car). Think mine, or the Fuel Cut Off just died. Both fuses in the boot are OK, all dash lights on and car is turning over but no whirly-gig noise from the fuel pump. Cheers, Steve

Relay checks out OK but I've only 4 volts at the fuel cut off switch and at one of the fuses in to boot, which would seem to indicate FL4 is busted or the main relay is dodgy. Bugger! Friday and I'm at work..... glad it happened while parking and not on the way.

Anybody know if FL4 feeds just the fuel pump plus injector circuits? I'm wondering (here at my desk) if this is a main fuse why I still have dash lights.

FL 4 feeds the main ECU relay, this is the furthest left on the 2.2 and the turbo.

Cheers insider. thumbsup The only thing between the main relay and the fuel pump is the FCO so looks like is is where my problem is, assuming FL4 is good.

Congrats on a happy ending thumbsup I'm surprised it's possible to take a relay apart tbh, but then I'm no electrician :D

Cheers mandarinvx.
Yup, most relays have removal plastic covers, you can check the innards and give the contacts a clean, gets you more open/close activity for your dosh!
Careful removing a cover though, they are easy cracked.
