My radiator fan seems to be permanently stuck on..... Any Idea's why the radiator fan would be stuck on? Any one Had this problem before? Is there a relay or switch hidden anywhere? Or even just a fuse i can pull out till i have time to have a good luck at it.

Could be. I'll Try plugging OBD11 reader in and see if anything comes up... I'll try resetting the ECU and checking the connections, Could be the rain. I'm sure i read something abour Fuse 8 for re-setting the ECU.

Err, why remove the fuse if you've got an OBDII reader? Surely better to use that to see the fault code and clear/reset anything showing and certainly much quicker?

Wouldn't this indicate some kind of coolant temp sensor fault?..... ie reading to hot thus kicking the rad fan in all the time.

Just read the Ecu The Ecu had an error code P0134, Which normally suggests that lambda 1 is reading high voltage... On intial inspection the voltage looked fine. coolant temp sensor also seems to be fine. I cleared the code and the fan has now now stopped so looks like it was in limp mode. Guess i'll just have to keep an eye on the lambda sensor. Thanks for your help i nver would have guessed it was in limp mode.

The fan permanently on is some form of failsafe or mini-limp mode. If you were in the real limp mode, you'd have known about it as the car really does limp as the power is totally cut and not pleasant when it happens in the fast lane of a motorway. :(
