V grill, with the vauxhall badge removed, the gaps filled with fibreglass, just leaving the V shape. I made one of these years back for my LY (see pics below) and just made another recently for my current VX but I've just got rid of the car unfortunately before getting a chance to fit the grill. Plenty more pictures and info on this if you do a search for "grill" posts by either me or Ratspants.
This hasn't been painted but covered in matt black vinyl instead. Nothing stopping you pulling the vinyl off though and painting it however you fancy.
Looks waaaay better than the standard grill IMO.
