The answer will probably be from Germany still, even though with the weak £. The only problem is I don't know a word of it and don't know where to look. I'm after 1 - 7.5x17 and 1 - 9x17 in black. Regards,

I really like the ATS DTC, was looking for some a while ago, but in the end gave up as they were so hard to get hold of - unless you go direct!
Tried numerous countries in the UK but none could help, as im sure you have found!

Sorry doesnt actually help you!

I've sent an email to ATS direct. Still waiting for a reply but it's still the holidays so hopefully I'll get one next week some time. Also contacted a German supplier. Thanks anyway, aron

You could try Moto-Concept.

I translated the page with babelfish for you:

Moto- Concept

I purchased mine from Carsten Dempert. I communicated in English with him. Cheaper that moto concept too.

Here's his SITE.

I hope this helps, good luck!

Thanks for that Dominique! Much appreciated...

I've emailed them both. I don't see how their is a price difference of 400 euro's between silver and black!

I'm sure ATS delivers them silver. Any other colour is possible, but they'll have to redo a paint job. If you fancy black, better ask for delivery time as well. ;)

Here's some more examples of 'different taste'

I can't find the extra costs for the bling-bling ones but I'm sure it will be more than a plain black paint job ....

Not so sure about them being stock items. Karsen Dempert had organized a huge group buy on the german forum. A couple of us Dutch (incl. me) were in that deal. He must have bought 50 sets back than. Because of the funny offset on the front of the VX, you'd usually have to place spacers. Dempert managed to reduce price because of the amount of sets he purchased, but they are plug and play, specially made for the VX. So again, not so sure that they are stock items. Not sure if it was you that bought the car damaged. Do you need a full set? Cause if it's one or two rims, the price difference with moto concept might not be that big. 'd you check on delivery time at MC?

Just need 2 rims - one rear (9) and one front (7.5)...

I don't suppose Karson has any left?

Sorry for not being clear:

guy from the groups buy and owner of Dempert are one and the same person = Karsten Dempert :tumble: He's well known on the German forum.

Not sure if you tried, but if they're not 'on the shelf' at Moto Concept, I'd advise you to post your request on the German forum.
Half of the Germans have these rims, there's chance you'll find there what you're looking for. SCHNELL
(Would be a joke if Karsten replies to have 'em for ya) :P

Use babelfish to find the correct topic, post in UK language. That's what I usually do cause my German is very poor.

Thanks for all your help Dominique regarding this topic, much appreciated!

I've tried several times registering but it won't allow me to for some reason.

I'll see what replies I get tomorrow from the companies. If nothing, I don't suppose you could post a quick topic up on the German site? Imnotworthy

No probs, post or PM a text that you'd like me to put on there. It's probably best if you put your contact details in there so you can liaise with a potential seller. indeed one of the things I have asked myself too: Where do I get a new one if one gets damaged....

One of the Dutch members purchased directly from ATS. According him there's two divisions at ATS, one of them being motorsport/racing. Best try that one as well  CLICKY

I can't recall having them ever seen as 16" . . . unfortunately. :glare:
