Get Covertech to do it they did mine and simbas in 1 piece you can't tell its on! Plus you will always get a chip between the 3 pieces if you get armourfend!

thought i would do a mini update:

added a bit of silicon to my car as it has a bit of a fetish for it



then thought i would change the temperature sensor



then i went all nimbused up






then i thought i would also treat my car to a little present, some nice new shiny supercharger comp cams

another day another mini update!

here is a new fully sealed heater (i was lazy and bought a 2nd one to seal it and then swap them round!)



then off to the scrapyard i went for some funky shaped pipes that i wanted. my water system is a little different to everyone elses... i am using my heater pipes as charge cooler pipes to save on a few kgs of weight ( ) and have decided to plumb my heater into my charge cooler system, this allows an extra 0.5L of water in the charge cooler system plus a 2nd radiator (twin chargecooler )

this is the pipe that i came back with and it is utterly perfect for the job! goes from the heater matrix to the charge cooler and i couldnt be happier with it



then to connect the pipe up from the ali heater pipe to matrix



then a final picture of underneath the bonnet:

One of them got butchered went the ProAlloy tank got fitted and high pressure outlet on the fuel pump housing got broken off. Don't you remember the fuel leak?
