here is a new fully sealed heater

then off to the scrapyard i went for some funky shaped pipes that i wanted. my water system is a little different to everyone elses... i am using my heater pipes as charge cooler pipes to save on a few kgs of weight (

this is the pipe that i came back with and it is utterly perfect for the job! goes from the heater matrix to the charge cooler and i couldnt be happier with it

then to connect the pipe up from the ali heater pipe to matrix

then a final picture of underneath the bonnet:

( yes i was working in the rain! )

Bloody Hell Joe you need to get a hobby or a girl friend you are worse than me for taking your car apartanother day another mini update!
here is a new fully sealed heater(i was lazy and bought a 2nd one to seal it and then swap them round!)
then off to the scrapyard i went for some funky shaped pipes that i wanted. my water system is a little different to everyone elses... i am using my heater pipes as charge cooler pipes to save on a few kgs of weight () and have decided to plumb my heater into my charge cooler system, this allows an extra 0.5L of water in the charge cooler system plus a 2nd radiator (twin chargecooler
)
this is the pipe that i came back with and it is utterly perfect for the job! goes from the heater matrix to the charge cooler and i couldnt be happier with it
then to connect the pipe up from the ali heater pipe to matrix
then a final picture of underneath the bonnet:
( yes i was working in the rain! )
