It's very good and pretty powerful - I've used it commercially in the past. One big drawback is you need a publicly routable subnet to use it as it doesn't support DHCP xDSL/Cable connections.Ah PFSENSE is based on monowall, but much better....

Stay British and stay with original product that IPCop was based on - Smoothwall. Again very powerful and there's a decent community behind it that create some handy enhancementsI think the one I was looking at was IP cop which is also based on or similar to monowall, they will all run on that device.
