Does anyone know the torque settings for:

1, The bolts that hold the sump pan in place and the order they should be tightened?

2, The two bolts that hold the oil sender in place in the bottom of the sump pan?

I have a slightly dented sump pan - I have straightened and now need to refit.

Many thanks.

basically the sump bolts are very low torque, so you should be able to feel when its right. I;ve seen lots of stories of LET/XE's having sump bolts snap so go careful

1. It's all in the wrist - not very tight as slindborg says - tighten them all till the pan starts to bind on the gasket and then tighten opposing bolts. thumbsup
2. dunno thumbsdown

its in the useful posts thread, and also in the noooobie forum stickies too. I almost guarantee that you will snap a few bolts using a torque wrench and the TIS torque
