My NA also does it when lifting off. It does it more when warm so I suspect something in gearbox. Oil level in box fine so probably some thingy in the clutch whose name escapes me ..... but will apparently be fine for ever.
Thrust bearing , I get it too sometimes but apparently its not anything to worry about , just anoying when all you want to hear is the exhaust burbling

does it sound like loose biscuits shaking about in a tin?
if so then TADTS... my (and most ive been in) N/A makes that kind of noise in 4th/5th when you lift off the throttle... even did it after new mounts, so I think its shunt in the gearbox
His is not an NA, but I have not noticed biscuit tin sounds as being normal. I dont know there are that many noises it makes a new one seem insignificant, a rattle here a knock there its all part of the fun.
