Talked to this guy (dave) at Pumaracing quite abit in the past when I had a Golf GTi Mk2 16v. He really knows his stuff on tuning and head work, and his article on rolling road tuning is outstanding. He's a good guy to talk to.

He's a good guy to talk to.

I'll tell you, rolling road tuning is the best way to go, you get to squeeze every ounce of power from the optimization of every component....a great experience to live along as well....
...the "usual" drawback is that, if well done, it will devastate your bank account, but is a true therapy for purists. B)

I was sorely tempted to take the engine off while having the bodywork done, but then I would loose the Ring weekend and many sunny-driving days.....I'll wait next winter, if still around... :P

...but cams are easy to install and still tempting... :lol:
