20 N-m / 15 lb ft not always 100% accurate btw just use your head

do them up till your ass twitches at the thought of replacing the head.... thats the right torque then

It also depends on your plugs, for example if you have Denso plugs such as the IK/VK 20/22's whicch have the squishy stainless steel gasket then this table sholud be useful.
