Looking at getting a weld in cat for my NA and not sure whether to go 100 or 200 Emissions aside, what difference noise wise is there between the two? And difference between power gains? Was also looking at the straight through piper with no cat from TMS, but am guessing that would be extremely loud? Going for a weld in mainly for cost reaons, also the pre cat is also being removed very shortly

Emissions should be ok. The EML will defo come on though, so get a cheater for that. Not sure of power differences between 100 or 200 at standard tune. 100 is certainly more 'futureproof', but both are good!

Piper straight through would be loud, lol.

If you go for the Weld in Option (as I did on my NA back in the day) make sure the cell is quality!! Magnex do a good one. I used MIJ in Birmingham, and as they were fitting it they told me they sourced thier cells from Taiwan. I was not happy! Be sure that they are spot on with the measurements when they cut and re-weld. Any difference in length effects your tail pipe alignment.

Personally I'd keep an eye out on Ebay for a cheap Miltek CAT.

Cheers guys! Vocky, just seen your post on z22se forum about the Hoffman one. Looks tempting. Is the pipe 2.5 or 2.25 inch? I thought it was .25 but they've gone for the .5 inch

Standard exhaust is 1'' 7/8 on a NA.
The Milltek is 2"
