Matt, you have PM.
I'm not a million miles away from southport, I have a spare set of runners and the seats are out of my cat atm if the need to look at the whole thing.

Hope this helps?

FLD-if this s a goer and you are struggling to get the seats up to Southport give me a shout, I can bung them in the back of my everyday car and whizz them up no problem

I'll be watching this thread with interest.. If these can be made for the suggested price and are comfortable enough for road use I'd be very tempted.. :) thumbsup

another option to look at is the actual seat length. i took the ITB demonstrator from TMS for a spin and they had extended the seat out so that it support under your legs a little more. i really felt that it was much more comfortable. but then i am six foot 4 and my legs are far from straight when i sit in the vx. having an option of super low and then some spacers in to adjust the height up a bit for shorter drivers would be good? those other seats looks excellent by the way!

Ok, not much progress yet, some measurements have been taken, but i've been asked to take a few more. Luckily a very helpful member is allowing me to pop round and measure their seats so i don't have to take mine out again (yet  ) I'm led to believe once we have a shape that we're happy with and fits, if you want mods done, i.e. longer leg support, higher back, etc... that is very possible.

Cool. If they wanted me to measure against anything other than the bare tub it would have been a problem.

Add a dash of bumptification... Come on don't make me get the seat bolster re-covered. What I need is new seats!

The super low position is exactly what I need thumbsup (I am six foot 4 too...). And by the way, I hope they're also thinking about all the "continental Europeans" that drive the car from the left seat...

I spoke to them again today - they are coming along nicely thumbsup They have changed the design a bit from their standard supply (hence the small delay) seat after a few issues I raised with them :)

Hmmm. They look even more impossible to use than the Tillett's, gonna need a removable steering wheel to get into those if the sides are as high as they look and come as far forward.
