LOL!
Guess what I spent last night looking for as well!
Si, see mike at Sports car Services. With the price he quoted me (less than £80) its not worth the hassle doing it myself

The fitting is a piece of p#ss ! however ............... the removal of the rusted nuts and bolts can be a right pain in the ass ! i spent 3 hours hacksawing chisteling and grinding with a dremmel on 3 bolts on the conecting flange !
The piper went back on in 20 mins lol
:yeahthat:apart from i changed to almight VSE. Alot easier getting the vse in than the standard box out!!!
Ps. good tip that i had was gaffa tape the clam around the exhaust tail pipes otherwise you could have some nasty scratches

Also this and this (VSE - not sure how must of it is standard across the board)
There are gazillions of threads asking how to replace exhausts/fit Millteks/VSE's/Larini, and most simply conclude that it's a PITA so don't bother - or are updated by the OP saying it was a PITA and they wish they hadn't bothered

Hope of some help; apologies if not
