I have just bought this from ebay - works on the Turbo and Im assuming it works on the NA.

Not as much as it is now. Will show immobiliser related faults and that's about it (and maybe ABS if yours can currently read them). The Alpha ECU doesn't have an OBD port. It does have a serial port but access to it is locked to their dealers only.
