Hi, im having a few troubles with my lights. everything is fine apart from the the actual button which turns on my side lights. as you can see from the pictures, the button is not connected properly, and looks pressed in all the time, although my side lights are not actually working. the headlights, fog and hazard buttons work fine. im not the hottest on lights or the electrics just wondering if this is a quick fix or it will be needed to be taken to a garage? many thanks/ Attached File  IMG_0624.JPG   178.41KB   1 downloads Attached File  IMG_0626.JPG   248.16KB   1 downloads

You'll need to pull off the silver fascia pane. Then you'll see that the 5 switches are in a sort of black plastic cradle that clips into the aluminium of the dash. You'll need to remove this by the careful application of a screwdriver to release the little securing clips around the edge of the cradle, then you can access the plugs on the wiring loom behind. Just hold the plug as you push the switch securely back into place and you should be fine

:yeahthat: Plus, the left most switch (side light switch position) should not be pressed-in like that unless the switch mechanism is broken.

the order left to right should be sidelights, dipped lights, front fogs, rear fogs, then hazard.
