Looks good, but again, bike engines in a car don't do much for me. When I built the Westfield a 3 years ago, I put in a Rover V8 engine with 320bhp and 350lbs of torque. It was utter madness to drive but not very good in the wet and with the UK summers as they are, felt the VXR was better, at least it had a roof and a little heater! Steve

MK Indy = Pikey 7, not the best 7 kit ever built. Bike power= pain in the arse. Why do you think there are so many cars built with bike engines that are for sale after a few hundred miles. My 600 kilo Toyota engined Striker was quicker at Llandow than the R1 powered 450 kilo cars, on paper they should have left me for dead.

That 'gay' sound is turbo stall - that turbo wont last long before the thrust bearing is completely worn through and the blades possibly damaged. It badly needs a bypass/blowoff valve fitted.

Pikey 7  Have you ever owned or driven one. Build quality is far superior to many manufactures out there!!

Probable still in second gear :P

BEC's are great fun but not for everyone. You have to change your driving style massively to suit the car. I had one, a Westie R1 for years and it would outpace alot of cars on track, MUCH quicker than any VX220!
