Just to reiterate what others have said really, I recieved superb service from GAZ this week. I sent my 2 front shocks in for a refurb via courier on Monday and I received them back today (thurs).
I have only ever had contact with GAZ via email, Brian said to send them in and they'd do the work FOC under warranty.
So thanks to Brian Gazzard and the team there, I'm very impressed with the customer service and feel confident that any other issues would be resolved with the same ease.
