What condition is it underneath the vinyl?

Could be tempted - Pics would help - but one went for Â£30 last week that was neigh-on mint.

The air was blue... Not your fault... I thought I had finally managed to get my hands on one as it ddn't look like anyone else had spotted it.

Turns out I may have lost out again. One of these days!
