I have started to fit my full carpet set from morgan9122 but i don't know how to remove the passenger footrest, the bolts that hold it in place appear to be screwed upwards as if they enter under the car and upwards into the brackets. Can anyone help or advise me how to remove it please ?

From what I've heard - the footrest bolts come up through the floor from underneath the car.

Yep as above there from underneath the car. You dont need to remove anything to get to them although you'll need to jack it up unless you uber skinny. Dont forget to support it while your under yada yada.....

Thanks for the advice,my next dilemma is how to jack the car up correctly. What jacks/lifts and how many will i need. I need to know how to jack it up anyway as i plan on getting the wheels refurbed soon :)

Just a quick note, the bolts on mine just span in their holders so i had to grind them off.

Im about to do the same so i will be keeping an eye on the info :)
In relation to fitting the carpets and the footrest, presumably just lift the foot rest out, drill some holes through the carpet where the foot rest holes area and then fit the carpet underneath it?
