I snapped a bolt on my original fuelrail, and got a replacement unit from crafty.
Would appreciate some pointers on removing and refitting one, without screwing things up more then i allready did.

Looks like it's bolted to the engine with 2 screws, and it has 2 pipes attached to it.
Can i detach the 2 pipes, without squirting fuel all over my garage?
Once the pipes are out, can i pull the rail including the injectors out, or will it require more fiddeling?

Somebody that allready changed his/hers injectors could really help out here.

Thanks chinky chinky

You can remove the spring clips off the rail carefully so you don't loose them and lift off the rail leaving the injectors in the head. The injectors can some times be a pig to remove so if you are not changing them leave them alone chinky chinky

Aha, so the clips are just to keep the exact distance between rail, engineblock and injector.
That way i will not even have to touch those wires going into the injectors.

Can the 2 pipes be screwed loose, without problems? (ie no pressure on them?)

There should not be much pressure if any in the fuel lines, just crack each nut slowly with a spanner you should then be ok to remove them. The clips secure the rail onto each injector and the wires will just unclip off the injectors. Start to finish about a 40 minute job chinky chinky

Did mine in about an hour. SOmetimes the injector O rings get stuck in the cylinder head. Put a bit of grease on them when refitting makes it easier. When releasing the fuel lines have some cloth handy. Only a fuel rail's worth of fuel comes out, nothing too much, but its never nice having fuel splashed about the place.
