
Charge Cooler Bleeding

iam sure ive got air in my system and its not
runninig correctly.whats the best way to purge all the air
also how much coolant should i have in the tank?
ok just had another look and ive defo got air in
the top of the pipe just before the pump but i cant
get it out.
also what temps should i be getting< ive just got a scangauge
so i can have a look.

pressurise the system by putting mouth on cap and blowing making sure no air is escaping
i also have fitted a bleed nipple next to my water pump

Take cap off header tank, jack back of the car up sa high as you dare (watch the front). Give the pipes a squeeze if you can to move the air.

Without a doubt the best way I have found is, fill the c/c header tank with distilled water and 'wetter wetter'.
Idealy have another person at the ready to top up c/c header tank.
Connect a wet vac to the header tank return pipe and turn on.
Not only does it do it very quickly it removes all air from system.
