Thanks to Junks (
) I now have an excellent pair of 'new old' sill covers in tip top condition to replace particularly my driver's side which has a couple of cracks.
I've read other posts about tremoving the sill covers and it seems that they are stuck down as well as held on by two or three screws/fixings.

So my questions are:
1) How well stuck down are they?
2) What is the easiset way to free them?
and
3) Are they (the old ones) likely to break as I free them?
4) Finally, what is best to use to fill the small void at the rear of the sill where the covers are prone to flex and therefore crack?
The reason I ask is that ideally I'd like to salvage the old ones and maybe attempt to repair / recover them and so I want to avoid breaking them in the process of removing them.
Thanks for your help folks.

I removed mine of my na to repair it , took the 3 screws out and carefully pulled it out from the back, they are a tight fit and you can damage them if you are not careful ! mine was not stuck down with anything else.
