Hi
As Ive just sorted my insurance out, I can now go tracking
Any suggestions on which track to do for a total novice?
Cheers

I would have thought the airfield tracks like Bruntingthorpe, or Palmersport, not too much to hit!

Pretty much any of them if you take it steady !
Donington is a good place to start as there is relatively little to hit
Ideally you want to get to an airfield day and practice there where the only thing to hit is a cone !

Bedford autodrome PALMER SPORT LINK HERE a real circuit, with mucho runoff, and limited likelyhood of damage. (though I did see a clio roll there, no idea how he managed it). Airfields are good becuse little to hit, but IMHO a bit boring, also tend to give your tyres a SERIOUSLY hard time. I believe that there is a Bedford track day on the 31st May SEE HERE
I would definitely give Bedford a go, but then if you have insurance, what the hell....anywhere will do.
Of the "real" circuits, I would suggest Donnington

I think Bruntingthorpe have another airfield day on June 5th or 6th (book with easytrack)??
Shame you didn't sort out your insurance earlier as you just missed a meet @ Brunters on saturday.

hullavington - virtually nothing to hit apart from cones - try book-a-track or motorsports-events
