If you buy a set of 16 inch td 1.2 wheels does the car look ridiculous, and has any one got pictures? if you do need to lower it what coil overs are rated and price? Cheers

The front wheel does of course fill the wheelarch a bit less then 17".

It's lowered by nitrons/eibachs so does not give an honest view, compared to oem.
The TD's are usually part of a bigger plan, so most go lower anyway.

george I've just fitted TD's today on standard suspension I only live in Altrincham so if you want to have a look I'm sure I can get to Northwich! In my opinion it does need to be lowered but I'll prob do it early next year now, it's not the worst thing in the world. My dad didn't even notice the front was a different size till i told him!! :) On a more serious note though VX's are starting to get very common round these parts, might have to get a Europa ;)

Saw a Europa on the way to the M60 last night. Looked  in stealth spec. Miserable bloke in it ignored my wave though. That's exactly 1 more than I've seen VXs whilst out in mine

We should organise a north west mini-meet next nice evening. Some lovely pubs round these parts chinky chinky

My VX is on standard suspension with TD's, would like to lower at some point. Still looks ok though.

When I put mine on I intended to lower it but as its a daily driver that has to contend with speed bumps I decided against it.
