I'm in the process of fitting an uprated ARB so thought i'd get rid of the useless fog lights and fit some brake ducts. I'm struggling to see a suitable route for the ducting, looks like going through the rad housing is the only option? Not too keen on cutting that!

This is the only option (if you don't want to cut the chassis).
or something like this

I use bits from revotec, make sure you get the clips that hold the pipe on to the side else they can rub on the tyres.

This is what you need http://www.vx220.org...-cooling-ducts/ I have them fitted, I fitted them when I was using 1144's and they did make a difference
Going to unashamedly bump that thread..

Mine fit to the back of the fog light holes and pass through the radiator housing (the bits that hang down behind the fogs). They point 45deg toward the discs. I think I brake fairly late and aggressively though I'm no racer, Simon has been out on track with me to comment, but they don't really overheat at all any more whereas 10-12 minutes on most circuits and the abs would start pulsing earlier and earlier.pete_r has some very nice rigid ducts fitted to his. Not sure how it was done though.
