Hi Guys,
Got 2 error codes on the car. P 1515 and P 1516. Car will start but then cuts out within a minute.
I think these codes mean the following: P1515 Command versus Actual throttle Position Correlation and P1516 Throttle Actuator Control Position Performance..I think these are the right faults for these codes but can someone please confirm.
I've already removed the rear wheel and wheel arch lining and cleaned the Blue and Black connectors (As Reccommended by FLD) and I've cleaned the Orange connector at the bottom of the over flow tank. Still wont run.
Any ideas? Feel like the car is doing this to me:

Clean the plugs on the throttle pedal (feet in the air neck bending experience!) and the plug on the throttle body itself and see how you get on.

Hey Darryl,
When i look under the pedal, I see a balck box about 3 inches squared with clips on the side and below that a plug with a red top about and inch squared with wires coming out of it - Do I need to open the red plug and if so how? Dont want to break anything.
also - where on the car can I find plug on the trottle body?
Thanks for your help,
ken.
