Looks like it could be fun, unfortunately I'm not around :( http://forums.seloc....nt.php?eid=2625 The SELOC Games combine a competition element with the usual fun of an Activity Day. Two person/car teams will compete over 5 different events devised to test one or more of car control, consistency, judgement, communication and trust. (A single car can be shared by two people, and we can help you find team mates) The events are designed in a manner that provides a level playing field for all entrants, having an SC Honda with trick suspension and sticky tyres will not mean that you can beat a team with bog standard cars. There will be a mix of individual and team events, the team events will require both team members to be in a car and success will depend on how well you work as a team. The events will be based around the courses and layouts that are familiar to everyone who has attended an Activity Day, but with twists that will make them a totally different challenge. There will be a cost of £20 per person associated with this event, solely to cover the use of the airfield. (shop item to be added later) If you are interested then can you sign up ASAP so we can judge the viability of this event, plus its limited to 20 teams and you will not want miss out. Prizes are: 1st Place 2x£125 off a LoT Trackday (provided by SELOC) 2nd Place 2x£50 off at Elise Parts (Provided by Elise Parts) 3rd Place 2x£25 off at Elise Shop (provied by Elise Shop) Telent Development Award 25% off Training Day (provided by Carlimts) Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd provided by LoT

Not sure how this is going to work, I was under the impression that it was two drivers sharing 1 car? - My friend seems to think we could each take our cars which is fine by me :)

Welsh man to the rescue! Andy has said he wont charge the club the full amount if the numbers stay low, and will join in himself and offer pax laps :) Should be an even better day. Bargain activity day with not many cars. WIN WIN!

Get yourselves booked up thumbsup

I only did the morning as Rob didnt come play :P If there was the numbers intended then the day simply wouldnt have worked as it was pushed with half the numbers. the hit the bull test was cool, as it was cheattastic with a stopwatch in the car  A kinda fun change to a regular activity day, but tbh needs some better planning (but it was the first so you cant expect it to be perfect) There was another VX there, dunno who it was. and an S2.5 elise, very pretty, silent and quick for a 1.6

I was in the other VX. Was a giggle to be honest, but for the most aiming at the time games the times were set far to low. Had to really pretty much stop before crossing the line to get close to the time required. The slalom was a good little change to the track layout though. The afternoon was spent trying to get rings on cones in a certain time, which again was a giggle, but as expected most of the afternoon was spent hooning round with everyone trying to get a decent time. Was nice doing a activity day without destroying the rears with the constant spinning on the high speed bend.
